Csulák László

My name is László Csulák, real estate expert and head of the Way2Home team. I have been working in property brokerage in Budapest for more than 10 years, during which I have gained comprehensive experience across various segments of the real estate market. I was drawn to the world of sales from a young age. I did sports for years, and at the start of my career I was actively involved in selling products related to extreme sports. That period greatly helped me learn that the foundation of success is perseverance, discipline and building authentic relationships with people. I moved to Budapest from the countryside at a young age, where I spent a defining part of my life. It was a conscious decision to focus on the capital's property market: I purposefully began building relationships and gaining local knowledge, which ultimately led me clearly into the world of real estate. I began working in property brokerage in 2016 at a Hungarian company specialising in letting, where I gained deep insight into the workings, fundamentals and pitfalls of the profession. At the beginning of my career I mainly dealt with lettings, and over the past five years the focus has shifted to sales. As a result, I have a comprehensive view of how a property performs over the long term and how it can be sold effectively, competitively and responsibly. In my work, I put my knowledge and network to use for my partners every day, at the highest possible level. My relationships with clients are often characterised by a direct, trusting — sometimes friendly — connection. It is important to me to quickly find common ground, whether with a seller, a buyer or a tenant. I believe in continuous development; I train myself regularly and actively follow the changes in the property market. I see my work not merely as a job but as a vocation and a passion. Whether it is a letting or a sale, I don't just manage the process — I help resolve numerous life situations, conflicts and decisions. My goal is that when someone hears the word "estate agent", they don't picture the stereotypes wrongly ingrained in the Hungarian public mind, but rather the image of a valuable, responsible and professionally respected vocation.
