I have been letting and selling properties as a certified real estate agent since 2016. After earning my degree in economics, I entered the world of real estate almost immediately — it became my passion and has remained so to this day. I work in Budapest, primarily in the districts on the Pest side, but over the years I have handled transactions all across the city. I have many international clients, so language differences pose no obstacle. I have personally experienced what it's like to be in your shoes. I have been a tenant, a landlord and a buyer myself; I know how much stress and how many questions these transactions involve, and that these decisions are defining parts of our lives. I know that it brings peace of mind and confidence to have someone by your side during this time who can immediately answer any question that arises. We can make much better decisions when there are no unanswered questions and we are fully informed. That is the support I can give you — being by your side in these important decisions and providing professional guidance. My goal is to take the burdens of letting, selling and buying off my clients' shoulders. When letting, I look for a tenant to whom I would happily rent my own home, as this is the foundation of a long-term partnership. A large part of my assignments come from returning owners or their referrals. When selling, I strive to achieve the highest possible purchase offer, as this too is in our shared interest.
